When a digit's candidates in a row or column are confined to one block, eliminate that candidate from the rest of the block.
All candidates have been entered in the empty cells.
In column A, candidate 9 is confined to the overlap with block B. Therefore, remove candidate 9 marked × in block B outside column A.
