When four digits are confined to the same four cells of a unit, eliminate every other candidate from those cells.
All candidates have been entered in the empty cells.
In block B, only the 4 cells in A can contain 3, 4, 6 and 9. Therefore, remove candidates other than 3, 4, 6 and 9 from the 4 cells in A.
